Tammy Knight
Tammy Knight has been a expert Goldwell colorist for the past 6 years, and has formulated some of her own signature colors, such as toffee & caramel She can cut and style, but her forte’ is coloring. Tammy performs all over color, plus she loves to do flash foils, glazes, accents and dimensional color. She specializes in Goldwell, and has participated in some incredible training internationally. From Color Zoom techniques in Berlin, to Cancun, Valencia and the Dominican Republic, she also received education in the US with Paul Mitchell Gatherings, and the Goldwell Academies in Baltimore and Los Angles.

After studying Political Science in college, Jamie decided to pursue a career in hairstyling so she could be more creative and socially involved with people. Craig Jackson
Craig was raised in Blackwell, OK and attended Duncan Bros. School of Hair Design. He is creative at heart and loves to make others happy. His dream is to work in the fashion industry, creating hairstyles for runway shows, print ads, and editorial work high-end fashion magazines. Music, art, nature and old Hollywood inspire him to see beauty in everything. Craig is a Co-Artistic Director for the Oribe hair care line at Schardein & Company. He has also competed in national competitions for NAHA and Goldwell’s ColorZoom '10.

Renae Chovanic
Renae, our stylist from Australia has been in the industry since 1995. After being a stylist in Australia for seven years, she moved to the United States in 2002. Renae continued her career on the east coast, expanding her skills as a colorist. She moved to Oklahoma in 2009 and immediately became a member of our family at Schardein & Company. Some of her favorite things about the salon are the wonderful clients she has already spent time with, and the continuing education which she believes to be a very important factor in her career.

Robyn Ward
Robyn was born and raised in Oklahoma City. She attended UCO focusing in photojournalism and attempted other career paths before following her passion of pursuing the hair industry. She attended the Academy of Hair Design and right after graduating joined the team at Schardein & Company. Robyn enjoys the in salon education that the stylists receive weekly and appreciates the teamwork of her co-workers. She loves creating a hairstyle and color that makes the client leave the salon feeling like a better version of themselves. Her style of cutting is technical but can also be more visual to work with whatever style you are looking to achieve. Her passion for color allows her to have fun experimenting with different colors. She feels she has truly found her niche and looks forward to coming to the salon everyday and interacting with her clients.

Bev believes that proper skin care begins with choosing high quality products maximized by a consistent facial regime. She is known for her thorough yet relaxing facial treatments. Since graduating in Esthetics, on The National Honor Society, she has developed an expertise in providing an innovative skin care experience, specifically tailored to his or her own individual needs. One of the first graduates of the Imagine Paul Mitchell school of cosmetology in Norman, Kim immediately jumped into the culture of fun and expertise at Schardein & Company. Benefitting from working side by side with the best stylists in the region, learning cutting-edge techniques from nationally-known guest artists, and traveling to further her expertise, Kim has honed her own style to have a vision for every client. Jennifer Porter
As a graduate of the first Sassoon Connection School, The Academy of Hair Design, Jennifer received an exclusive and thorough course of education in the world-renowned Sassoon cutting and coloring techniques. She also received a Nuts and Bolts business diploma from Sassoon Connection. Jennifer loves to help clients with ‘difficult’ hair. She specializes in styling thick, coarse, unruly hair to make it manageable and beautiful. Instructing clients how to achieve the same results at home quickly and easily is integral to how Jennifer performs with every client. She says, “I have three daughters, so I understand the importance of having a great look that doesn’t take a lot of time.” Jennifer also loves doing all types of color, whether the look desired is natural and low-key, fun and trendy, or just unique to you! I joined the Schardein and Company family in 2011 after receiving my license through Francis Tuttle Cosmetology. I have loved doing hair almost since the time I could walk. I believe in the importance of listening to my clients' wants and needs while offering the guidance of my expertise. Hector loves fun hair color, is proficient in the Ombre technique, and also specializes in Latin hair. He believes in partnering with each client to explore and express their needs, to co-create beautiful, easy, and lasting great style.

Memory McElhaney
Memory graduated from Miss LaVon’s Beauty College in April 2011. She also has a business degree but after 11 years in telecommunications she decided to follow her dream of becoming a hairstylist. She enjoys all hair types, but especially loves to work with medium to long hair. She will help create a look for you that can be easily maintained and styled at home. She truly believes that everyone can have hair they love.

Jason Broddle
Jason began pursuing his passion for hair after graduating from Oklahoma State University in May 2009 witha double major in Public Relations and Sports Media. He attended The Academy of Hair Design--the first Sassoon Academy School Connection in the US. He excelled in Sassoon precision cutting and color techniques, and completed the Nuts and Bolts Business program, which gives new hairstylists a competitive edge in the hair industry. Jason was also named Business Student of the month for April 2011! His specialties include working with fine hair, high-fashion men’s haircuts, and customized hair styles based on each client’s unique needs. Jason believes that expert consideration of head and face shape, along with hair texture, density, and hairlines is a must when creating a specialized look tailored to specific individuals. He is very excited to begin his career as a hairstylist, and even more excited to have the opportunity to make you look and feel great!
Nikki Pirrong
A graduate of the Duncan Brothers School of Hair Design, Nikki has been a stylist at Schardein & Company since August 2010. She specializes improving the appearance of fine or thinning hair textures. Nikki works wonders with lifeless-looking hair which needs body and volume. She knows that “a great, strategic cut used in tandem with the amazingly effective products available at Schardein & Company make all the difference. We turn flat hair into knock-out, full, gorgeous hair.” Nikki also loves to help all of her clients people learn how to style and manage their hair for everyday wear.
